How long does my order take to ship?

Within 1-2 business days orders are shipped. Orders are not shipped out on Sunday or major holidays.

How much is shipping? 

All orders are sent via USPS (unless a special request is made) and ship from Houston, Texas. Flat shipping fee of $5.00 (2-5 days). Local pick up is available.

What is your return policy? 

Sunzen does not accept returns - for the sacredness of products. Please send an email to contact@sunzenhome.com or send a DM via Instagram for any matter regarding your order. A refund may be provided, but not guaranteed.
